Description

The bonnet has been hand painted with a red and white harlequin pattern, with a subtle pink fade going from the bottom to the top. Gold detailing around each harlequin square has been added as well as silver gems in between each of them. The reindeer’s face has been hand painted using an airbrush technique using multiple graduated shades of brown and oranges fading into the cap as well as cute pink cheeks and highlights. The final look has been thoroughly lacquered to provide a stunning glossy finish. Diamante gems garnish each meeting point of the harlequin pattern, and pearls have been added as ‘snow’ droplets, to match those on the cape / collar. Finally, a lace red trim fits around the heart shaped face design with a bright pink satin bow to tie the bonnet in place.

The collar is secured with a ribbon and contains a wire running through the edge, allowing the wearer to style the collar more ‘upright’ or ‘wavy’ as they see fit. This has been finished with a layer of diamante adorned netting on top as well as both pink ribbon and red lace trim to match the headpiece.

The ‘bonnet’ is fully lined and super lightweight; all the elements of the reindeer are made up of foam. The headpiece has been made to my own head measurements (56.5cm circumference above the eyebrows) and allows enough room for the hair to be put in a net on top (or room for a wig to sit underneath).

Hand made corset style top, shorts and bustle also available (size 8 – 12).

Please note, whilst this piece is lightweight and solid it and should be treated with care. Please also carefully view the photographs – the item is artisanal and hand sculpted and painted, so do make sure you are happy with the (perfect) ‘imperfections’!
